5. Payments and Credits

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By purchasing credits or services:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Credits are non-transferable and expire as per bundle terms
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

ELH and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us a license to process them for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
